Terms and Conditions
The basics every affiliate agrees to before their first payout. Full agreement provided at onboarding.
- Eligibility & verification Affiliates must pass a basic identity check before receiving any commission. Echo Money may run standard compliance and watchlist screening as part of onboarding.
- Clawback on fraudulent leads Commission is reversed if a referral is found to be fraudulent, self-referred, or fails compliance checks after payout. The affiliate is liable for any high-risk or illegal business they bring in, and may be held responsible for resulting losses or penalties. Repeated violations end the affiliate relationship.
- Compliance guardrails Affiliates may not make guarantees about returns, imply Echo Money is a bank, or misrepresent the product. Marketing must stick to the approved one-pager and templates.
- Termination Either party may end the relationship at any time. Commission already earned on active, verified clients is honored; no new referrals are credited after termination.
