Common questions
How is my margin share determined?
You earn a percentage of Echo's margin (~20 BPS interbank FX) on every transaction your referrals make. Tier 1 (10%) covers $0–$5M, Tier 2 (20%) covers $5M–$20M, Tier 3 (30%) covers $20M+, calculated monthly across your active referrals. Each volume bracket earns its own share rate.
How long do I keep earning on a referral?
For the lifetime of the referred account. As long as your referral keeps moving money through Echo, you keep earning your tier rate, month after month, year after year.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are settled on the 15th of every month for the prior month's accrued commission, paid in USDC on any supported chain (ERC20, TRC20, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BEP20).
What if my volume goes well beyond $30M / month?
At very high volume we move you to a custom enterprise partner agreement with a dedicated partner manager and bespoke margin-share terms. Reach out via the form below; we love these conversations.
Can I refer a business in any country?
Yes. Echo serves businesses in 40+ countries across the EU, UK, US, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Brazil, and more. The referred business needs to clear our standard KYB onboarding.
Is there a cost or minimum for partners?
Zero cost, zero minimums. The program is free to join. We only ask that you actively engage with at least one qualified introduction in the first 90 days to keep your account active.
